SHIPPING POLICY

We attempt to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt. However, sometimes increased order volume requires a longer period of time. Please allow 2-4 days for processing and your order to leave our warehouse.

We ship all Domestic U.S. orders using the United States Postal Service. All Domestic US orders ship via US Priority Mail. The postal service states that Priority Mail packages have a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days depending on your location from our warehouse in New Jersey. Tracking numbers are available for these shipments but delivery times are not guaranteed. If you require expedited shipping please call our office at 973-396-8480 for pricing.

Most International orders ship by US First Class Mail. The United States Postal Service says most international shipments will take 7-10 business days. However, we have no control over customs in each country. Since all packages must clear customs for delivery it could take as long as 3-4 weeks to receive your package in a worst case situation. If your INTERNATIONAL order exceeds 3 pounds in weight your shipping cost will be charged separately based on the weight of your order. We will contact you with a total cost for your shipment at the email or phone number you have provided.

Please read the following information carefully: Dermasolve products purchased from this website are backed by a 60 day moneyback guarantee less shipping and handling.

Please note the following terms apply for all returned items:

  1. Items must be returned POST MARKED no later than 60 days from the date listed on your sales receipt to qualify for a refund.

  2. We URGE you to use a return delivery service that provides tracking for your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that do not make it back to us.

  3. We cannot process or refund packages marked “RTS”, “Return To Sender”, “RFSD”, or “Refused”.
