One method in treating eczema naturally is to always make your skin moisturized. This way your skin will not have any flare-ups and minimize the itchy feel. Moisturizing your skin at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening will make your skin moisturized and supple.

Emollients are also known to effectively treat eczema. This can come in different forms like oil, lotion, and creams. Make sure that you look for one that you are comfortable with. You can also buy two and use it interchangeably. During the summer you can place it in the refrigerator to have a more cooling effect on the skin.

You can also try an oatmeal bath. There are ready-made products available for this in the grocery. Rolled oats can also be used. Fill your tub with luke war water, add the oatmeal and just soak on it. Make sure that you apply moisturizer to keep your skin moisturized.

Another method is to mix one teaspoon of comfrey root, slippery elm bark, and white bark into a bowl with two cups of water. Just boil the mixture for around 30 minutes and allow it to cool.
