Too much keratin on skin can cause keratosis. Our hair and nails is made up of keratin. People’s nails and hair is made up of keratin. This contributes to keratosis’ coarseness and bumpiness. Treatments for Actinic Keratosis

Actinic keratosis can be removed easily because they are just like viral warts in appearance.

•    In contrast of cryosurgery, electrocautery burns off the affected area.

•    Another variety of SK treatment is electrocautery, which is also combined with curettage.
